Cancellation & Refund Policy
How do I cancel an order on Movingmeals.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Care either via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or via call/whatsapp on +919820865453/9820579350.
We have a "No Return" Policy - due to the nature and general usage of the products we offer, all our items are non-returnable.
However, if you have received one or more products in your order that are in damaged condition or have some defects in it - please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we will have our logistics partner pick up the product(s) in question. Once we have received the damaged product, we will immediately ship a replacement piece(s) to you. Kindly make sure that while returning the product its packing is intact and all items are carefully packed in the box provided by us.
Refunds will be given in the form of store credits which are valid upto 6 months from the date of issue.
While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919820865453/9820579350 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID and the exact details of the issue. We will investigate the same on priority and within 48 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.
